Welcome to Winchester Bay, Oregon's Art By The Bay 2008 Labor Day Weekend August 30-August 31, 2008 10:00 AM to 6 PM
Art by the Bay is our annual festival celebrating artists from near and far. Each artist shows not only finished works of art, but demonstrates their craft on-site! The free fair takes place in beautiful Winchester Bay at Keel Park, labor day weather (although unpredictable) is generally sunny and gorgeous, just right for wandering the outdoor vendor booths. If the weather is uncooperative, the festival goes on at Winchester Bay Community Center. Artists--Join Us! Showcase your talents and sell your wares! 2 day booth space rental (10x10) only $50!
